COVID 19 - What we are doing to Ensure Safety
As the 3 Bees & Me team continues to navigate the current situation and take the necessary precautions to ensure the safety of our customers, employees and communities, we would like to thank our customers and team worldwide for their continued support and commitment during these uncertain times.
In an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the 3 Bees & Me team would like to share the following updates and changes implemented:
Our Customer Service team is set up remotely and available to support you 24/7 with any queries made via our website.
For all toys sold it has been more 45 days since they were put into their respective packaging and more than 30 days since the outside packaging was handled except as part of the process required for shipping the toy to customers. This time is much longer than scientists say that the virus can live on surfaces.
To help ensure that our process of shipping the toys to you remains virus free our shipment team wears personal protective gear, undergoes temperature checks and has made over 150 process updates—from enhanced cleaning and social distancing measures to new efforts like disinfectant spraying.
All workstations handling packaging are working with a 6 feet distancing policy and have undergone daily deep cleaning sessions.
All employees have been trained on proper hand washing protocol and wear gloves when handling packages
All colleagues that work within the warehouse are encouraged to take extra breaks to maintain hand washing, along with sanitizers being available throughout the warehouse and high touch areas.
Our warehouse team has reduced staffing across shifts which also includes staggered start and finish times.
